Privacy Policy - Truth or Dare Party Game

This privacy policy explains what information **RV Company** ("we", "us", or "our") collects through the Truth or Dare Party Game mobile application ("the App") and how it is used, stored, and deleted.

1. Data Collection

We believe in absolute player privacy. The App does not require you to create an account, register, or provide any personal contact information (such as email, phone number, or real name).

We only collect and process the following temporary data needed to run the multiplayer game session:

Display Name: The temporary nickname you type when joining or hosting a game room. This is visible only to other players inside the same room.
Avatar Selection: The emoji you select to represent yourself in the game lobby.
Anonymous Device ID: An anonymous user ID generated by Firebase Authentication when you start the app. This is used solely to differentiate players within a game room and is not linked to your email, phone, contacts, or real-world identity.
Gameplay Data: Temporary room sync data (current turn, room code, and custom truth/dare questions added during a game session).

We do not collect precise location, contacts, device storage files, photos, or payment information.

2. Data Deletion & Account Deletion Policy

Because the App does not allow users to create an account, there is no persistent user account to delete.

Automatic Deletion: All gameplay data, including your temporary display name, avatar, and custom questions, is automatically and permanently deleted from our servers as soon as the game room is emptied or closed.

Manual Deletion Request: Although we do not store any permanent personal data or account credentials, you may request deletion of any temporary session logs or anonymous Firebase identifiers by sending an email request to our support address: theroyalsvalley@gmail.com. We will process and delete your anonymous session records within 24 hours of receipt.

3. Third-Party Services

We use Google Firebase (Firestore Database and Anonymous Authentication) to operate the real-time multiplayer features of the game. Firebase's own privacy policies and terms apply to data processing:

4. Children's Privacy

Our App is designed as a family-friendly party game. We do not knowingly target or collect personal data from children. Since no sign-up or accounts are required to play, children can safely enjoy the game without sharing real-world identities.
